A magical star being who crash landed on earth with a mission on finding 'star guardians'. Star Guardians are beings meant to protect peace, and Hoshiko was tasked to find a few. However their powers was greatly diminished from landing on earth, so finding star guardians the normal way was not possible.That's when she learned about 'streamers' and 'influencers', and how simple it seemed to attract other people to watch them. That's when Hoshiko developed an idea; to gather star guardians easily through broadcasting and content creation!If she was able to broadcast and share the joys on a Star Guardians ability, clearly those who are interested might be able to become real ones. Hoshiko quickly got to work, with a few stolen make ups and wigs, she turned into something more pink and cute!They have decided to call themselves "Tomoki Hoshiko, the star witch from outer space!" With this, surely she can find her star guardian in no time before any major dangerous events! Surely!"Hope you're staying comfy? Staying hydrated?"
tl;dr: Hoshiko is on earth to recruit "Star Guardians" and being an influencer showcasing the abilities of how Star Guardians are would be the easiest way to find them and recruit them!

Extra Details
Hoshiko stands at 5'5" (165 cm) tall and have androgynous traits in their body and appearance. They appear visually to be in their early 20s, despite actually being billions of years old.
When in this form, Hoshiko is dressed in majority comfortable clothing such as sweaters or large t-shirts. She tries not to attract too much attention or put too much effort in appearance because it takes too much work.
Hoshiko wears a single earring on their left ear. The stars on their shoes are plush-like and very soft to touch.
'pink' hoshiko reference heets
(wip text here) Hoshiko transform into their 'pink' self! Hoshiko tries her best to pretend and lie that her 'true form' is a pink bunny girl (left image) who likes to cosplay into her "bae form" (right image). It's her goal to keep her true form a secret to protect herself and also think it's fun to roleplay this scenario out.
VTuber Details
Hoshiko prefers to save their magic star powers and apply the makeup and the likes herself. Plus, they find it more fun that way!
Hoshiko wears contacts to hide their abnormal galaxy eyes in 'pink form'; not wanting to freak anyone out for being too different.
The bunny ears and bunny tail are fake, but they move about with magic but can pop off if Hoshiko wishes for them to.
